BIONICS BRACKISH AQUA-V-50

Bionics Brackish Aqua-V-50 Series for desalination systems for brackish water are designed for feed water with a TDS (Total dissolved solids) less then 10000 ppm. Due to some new developments in membrane technology the Bionics Brackish Aqua V-50 ultra systems work with low pressure RO membranes (12 to 20 bars).

With systems as small as 250L/hr and up to 25 m3/hr we can treat most of the demands. The standard design has a pre filter, high pressure pump, Low Energy Reverse Osmosis Elements, Flow meters on permeate, concentrate and recycle stream, and is microprocessor controlled.

Water Bottling Station:

This equipment is designed specifically for the production of drinking water and non-carbonated beverages, such as water, fruit juice and coolers, packed in PET bottles. Rinsing, filling, and capping are integrated in one, fully automatic synchronized machine.

This equipment is manufactured in an ISO9001 certified manufacturing facility to ensure the highest standards in the industry are met. Critical electronic components and PLC are made by Mitsubishi and Omron. Pneumatic controls are made by respected companies in Italy or Japan. All bottle contact parts are made of food grade stainless steel or food grade plastic.

All production information and automation controls are displayed digitally. Automatic control and manual toggle adjustments are made on a PLC controlled touch-screen panel (Optional).
The bottles are clamped at the neck and suspended for smooth operation even with light weight PET bottles. Empty bottles are rinsed on the inside, and turned over 180 degrees prior to being filled.

Resin is a high quality polystyrene resin manufactured in the USA . Regenerations are initiated when a preset volume of water passes through a water meter. All regeneration controls are fully adjustable. The electronic control panel is protected by a NEMA 4 enclosure and operates on 120 vac. DI units can be custom-designed if the standard product line does not meet your required flow rate or other requirements. Both single and duplex train Auto DI units are available. The duplex train is capable of providing a continuous supply of deionized water. Neutralization and pretreatment systems are on hand to support the Automatic Deionizer.

BIONICS ZEPHYR-ULTRA FILTRATION S-500 SERIES (INDUSTRIAL)

Among membrane processes, which are driven by pressure, ultra filtration (UF) is a fraction technique that can simultaneously concentrate macro molecules or colloidal substances. It retains only macro molecules or particles larger than about 10-20 A (approx: 0.001 – 0.02 um).

Since ultra filtration deals with the separation of fairly large molecules, such as natural polymers and colloidally dispersed compounds etc. The osmotic pressure involved in UF processes is fairly low. This UF needs fairly low pressures for operation, which would lower equipment and operating (pumping) costs.

Bionics Zephyr UF can be operated at ambient temperature. Thus thermal or oxidative degradation problems common to evaporation processes can be avoided.
As compared to conventional dewatering processes, Bionics UF does not involve change in phase or solvent during the dewatering process. This results in considerable saving in energy.
There are minimal changes in the micro-environment during UF, that is no change I pH or ionic strength.
